The Northside Initiative Parenting Resource Hub—covering Parenting Education, Resources, Knowledge, and Support (PERKS)—brings together the latest local and national information to help service providers effectively guide and assist families.

In early 2025, a group of Masters Social Work students from the University of Canberra embarked on a community project to identify the unmet service gaps of early years children in Gungahlin.
